For what it's worth, I LOVE this wine and have been waiting since last fall for it to come back. Oddly enough, I found a few bottles in the spring at a location I rarely go to, so I picked every single one of those up. I tried the Beaulojais before that too, which if I understand correctly is the same wine but could not continue to be called that for some reason. I do prefer "jammier" wines, so that could be the reason for my love of the Valdiguie, but you can bet I will be picking up as many cases as I can. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes a simple red.
