 Weight Watcher requests point calculation info - 2007/02/23 21:57 I love TJ's and try to shop there whenever possible. I'm also on Weight Watchers and love to find TJ products that are WW "point friendly."

What would really help is to have the calorie, fat and fiber of the product listed. This would enable me (and other WW followers, I'm sure!!) to calculate the "point value" of a certain product. If this could be added to the product listings, new products, and recipes (if possible), it would be wonderful!

 Re:Weight Watcher requests point calculation info - 2007/06/17 22:42 I'd be interested in info/categories/recipes for people who have to pay attention to weight as well. I lost about 80# on Weight Watchers a few years ago and have kept it off by remaining very aware of what/how much I eat. Visited my very first TJ's (Cary, NC) today and was blown away by all the neat stuff - but like any grocery, they have plenty of stuff that will fatten you up as fast as McDonalds will (waiting for the "Supersize Me" sequel targeting Whole Foods but not holding my breath). I'd love to see low-fat/low-cal/low-carb recipe categories.
