robvolz User	Beef Prosciutto is missing - 2008/03/05 20:06 Now maybe it is a regional thing, but in the Portland OR market, the beef prosciutto is no longer on the shelves. I have cracked other TJ's things and figured out where they were buying it, IE: roasted bay beets are from Melissa's Produce. Anybody know were the beef Prosciutto came from? I think it said "a product of canada. robertvolz@comcast.net

robvolz User	Re:Beef Prosciutto is missing - 2008/04/08 19:41 It was labeled Beef Proscuitto, although, you are correct, it is an impossibility, like Turkey Bacon. Bacon is pork. Anything else is fake. Bresoala is its proper name.
