 Trader Joe's now open in Grosse Pointe, MI - 2008/04/22 01:46 And all of the Grosse Pointers are absolutely thrilled! It opened in February 2008, the very first Trader Joe's on this side of town (the others are quite a distance). Our other local grocery, Kroger's, is really feeling it, too, as a lot of people are now shopping at TJ's for the quality and price.

I've been probably, oh, 10 times or so since February! Guess what my favorite purchase might be?
