Joeno, I hear you. The store associates usually have a good idea what's coming and going, but not always. The stores seem to assign employees certain sections (produce, liquor, etc) so sometimes you get someone who doesn't know much about a product. Most of the time they'll go and find out for you, but if they're under pressure they probably just make their best quick guess. If they can't handle pressure well they're probably guessing a lot. Try another store location. Don't let the shirts fool you; these folks are savvy compared to your normal grocery store.
...except when it comes to discontinuing products. Yes, I think I read in another post that the mint cocoa has been discontinued. There just weren't enough people buying it I guess. We like hot chocolate with cinnamon schnapps or mint schnapps, but can't do that at work; this was a nice alternative.
