 mini sweet peppers - 2008/05/27 02:07 Last week at TJs I tried an excellent pasta salad that featured these mini sweet peppers that were great colors and very flavorful.

I bought a package and just roasted them in my oven under the broiler, and I just wanted to pass on how delicious they were! After eating some with dinner, I ended up roasting the rest.

Anyway, a great buy!
