Re:New Eggs R Safe 2Eat RAW, ♥ Cookie Dough - 2009/07/12 06:45 Icky nutrient free eggs. Try the free range eggs at TJ's for better egg.

Re:New Eggs R Safe 2 Eat even RAW! - 2009/07/31 16:44 From experience (my wife is a registered dietician and I am a chef) this product is fantastic for a number of reasons. For the scientfically challanged, pasteurization does NOT destroy the nutritional value of the egg. From a culinary standpoint, these are some of the best eggs I've ever used or tasted.

For anyone who is concerned about foodborne illness, these are the answer to a prayer! They were a terrific source of nutrition for my mother-in-law when she was going through chemo. We were so thankful for them but are now very disturbed that we can no longer buy them in our area.

Re:New Eggs R Safe 2 Eat even RAW! - 2009/07/31 18:15 So sad to see people misinformed about pasteurization.

Eggs benefit from pasteurization as much as milk does. I had not heard of this product before, but I will definitely request them.

Re:New Eggs R Safe 2Eat RAW, ♥ Cookie Dough - 2009/07/31 18:47 You are entitled to your opinion about eggs.
But the fact is that pasteurization does not eliminate nutritional content.
