 HELP! Pizza dough - 2009/09/17 04:45 We are making our own pizza tomorrow and I don't know the first thing about this pre-made fresh pizza dough stuff I keep hearing about. How do you go about making it big and flat? Do I use a rolling pin? I don't think i'll be good at throwing it in the air and catching it... any suggestions?

 Re:HELP! Pizza dough - 2009/10/03 08:31 Let it sit out for about an hour before you use it. It's easier to work with once it's slightly warm. You'll be able to stretch it out easily then.

 Re:HELP! Pizza dough - 2009/10/12 17:03 I LOVE the TJ Pizza dough! I have found that the best way to flatten it out was to use a flour dusted rolling pin and a flour dusted surface.

Be sure to give the whole wheat pizza dough a try - my family loves it and it is better for you!
