Re:Rhode Island - 2006/06/16 16:38 Sally,

I agree. Seekonk would be a great option, considering they only have a SnS in that area. I think the old CFO building would be terrific, I could practically walk there. :)

Re:Rhode Island - 2006/07/06 02:47 I also make a once per month trip to TJ's in Framingham. It would be alot easier to purchase frozen items if there was a Trader Joe's a little closer to us fans here in RI. It's a 45 minute trip each way for me. If there was one in RI I would probably visit several times per month.

Re:Rhode Island - 2006/07/21 19:45 i am in east providence as well and travel to f.ham to trader joe's. i joined just so i could post and echo these comments! seekonk would be perfect, maybe it's easier for them to open in an existing state for them v.s. opening in r.i.
i would be there twice a week on my "target" route and i need an option to whole foods which is usually a pain (sorry, former new yorker used to crowd but now can't handle it)

Re:Rhode Island - 2006/12/01 19:38 East Prov would be a great location! Or Prov proper, near Brown. So many of us have to travel so far for TJ's! I'd go several times a week if there was one nearby...

Re:Rhode Island - 2008/04/06 20:29 I was shopping yesterday at the Needham Heights store and the clerk told me they were opening a Trader Joe's in Warwick, RI. I was not smart enough to ask him when it was scheduled to open, or specifically where in Warwick, though.

Re:Rhode Island - 2008/07/24 09:02 A clerk at the Hanover store told me that the RI store should be open around September... The TJ website lists it as being on 1000 Bald Hill Rd in Warwick. I will be very happy to see this store open as the 70 mile drive to Hyannis is killing me. There seemed to be a TJ store every 5 miles when I lived in Los Angeles.
