Just to give you an indication of how well a store would do in South Florida, I was at a local Miami Costco (one in a working class neighborhood, not even the "upscale" Costco in town) and my girlfriend was carrying a large Trader Joe's cold bag with some items we'd purchased at another store. Within 20 minutes 5 people had come up to her asking where there was a TJ's in Miami. Most of the people were from California and one from Virginia. My girlfriend then put the bag in the shopping cart and covered it because she got tired of being asked the same question. Unfortunately, upon our return home and riding up the elevator at our condo, a woman noticed the bag and asked "the question"! She was from Chicago.
There you go, 6 inquiries in less than 25 minutes. I'm telling you, TJ's would make a killing here!
