Hey... no problem.
You have brought up two very good points. The site has been growing and, as a result, a redesign is probably in order, especially as we launch some new sections in the coming months (stay tuned!) Sometimes it's hard to figure out what goes where and a better organization is needed for the site as a whole.
Secondly, the product and recipe categories will need to expand as more and more are added. Many things do not fall into one category, such as the frozen breakfast items -- they can go into frozen or breakfast. As time goes one, we be adding multiple categories to products.
Another idea is to create a "tagging" system for products and recipes that will work with search to quickly connect products and recipes via tags such as "tofu" or "low fat." That way you can follow the tags according to your interests, such as seeing all items tagged by the ingredient or category you are interested in.
