That's about half an hour from Chapel Hill, another, what, 45 minutes for you guys? Not close to home, but better than driving to DC for the nearest Joe's! ;)

Our hope is that if Cary is successful, then we'll get an expansion to the area between Chapel Hill and Durham. There's a ton of disposable income in the Triangle area (most educated region of the country!) and not nearly enough good food to spend it on!

In the meantime, the half hour drive is no barrier for us. We're trekking to Joe's frequently!

 Re:Trader Joe's needed in the Triad area (NC)! - 2008/04/17 06:13 Like I posted on another post. Chapel Hill opened last year in 2007. I know it is a 45 minute commute. Not everyone has hybrids and can go on one gallon of gas. It would be nice to see TJ's make it to the Triad. I do enjoy the Chapel Hill store, but just would love to see one closer. That way, I'll probably spend everyday of the rest of my life in there. :)
